Where's my package?
For all shipped packages, we send the tracking number in an email. If you want to attempt to change the address or simply learn the status of your order you can contact the carrier with your tracking info. U.S. Postal Service: 1-800-222-1811 UPS: 1-800-742-5877
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified/canceled for up to thirty minutes after they are placed; however, it's not guaranteed outside business hours (9 am - 6 pm EST). Email us as soon as possible to request any changes. We advise that you do not place another order until you’ve received a confirmation from us.
How long will it take to get my order?
With standard shipping, orders take between 3-7 business days to reach your door.

Can I exchange my order?
Definitely! As long as you do it 30 days from placing the original order and the item you are sending back has not been used and is in pristine condition.
How long will it take my refund to be completed?
Refunds are processed immediately if dropped off at a Happy Returns location and should be reflected in your credit card no more than 5 business days after drop off. For mail-in returns, you can expect your refund to be processed within 15 business days, starting from the day we receive the package back at our facility.
How long will it take for my exchange to be sent?
We will process and send out your new order within five business days from the date it was requested. Once we ship, it will take 3-7 business days to get to your door.
How do I request a refund?
Visit our returns page and follow the instructions to process your refund.
Where should I mail the products I want to return?
You can drop off the products you’d like to return at your nearest Happy Returns location, or send them back to us by mail.
Is the restocking fee charged per return, or per returned item?
For mail-in returns there is a $9 processing fee per return, and with Happy Returns Bar there is a $5 processing fee per return.
Why was my refund short?
We do not refund the cost of shipping. There’s a processing fee per return ($5 for Happy Returns, and $9 for mail-in returns).
Why is my order not showing up on the return site?
If it’s not showing up, it’s most likely over the 30-day allowable return period. If this is not the situation for your order, please email us at email@example.com.
Do you have a store to visit?
No, all of our jeans are exclusively sold on our website. This is how we keep prices fair!
Are your prices in USD?
All listed prices are in USD.
Will my jeans stretch/shrink?
Like all premium denim, our jeans will give in about half a size with use and will return to their original form after wash.
How do I take care of my jeans?
For best care, wash your jeans inside-out in cold water and hang to dry.
How do your sizes compare to other jean companies?
We use standard sizing. If you’re undecided, we recommend going a size down (premium jeans give in about half a size with wear).
What happens when you sell out on a style?
Our products are handmade in limited batches. Our facility is constantly working hard on reproducing current styles and creating new products. If you want to keep updated regarding re-stocks and new releases, subscribe here to receive our newsletters.

Domestic ground shipping is $7 for orders under $150. Orders take between 3-7 business days to reach your door.

Returns & Exchanges (USA)
We have a 30-day return policy on unworn/undamaged/unwashed items. You can either exchange your return for a different item(s) or get a refund on the merchandise purchased. You can only submit one exchange request per original order.
Start your return online to receive a QR code with further instructions. Refunds are processed immediately if dropped off at a Happy Returns location. For mail-in returns, you can expect your refund to be processed within 15 business days, starting from the day you send the package back to us. Please note that for mail-in returns, there is a $9 processing fee per return. With Happy Returns Bar, there is a $5 processing fee per return. We cannot refund or give store credit for the cost of shipping.

If there is a discrepancy in your digital refund/exchange request compared to what we actually receive, our customer experience team will contact you.
If you return a worn/damaged/washed product and want it back, the cost to return that product is $20.

We offer free standard DHL shipping on International orders over $50, and $150 for *Australia. Orders will arrive at your door in 2-10 business days. Mott & Bow, Inc. will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with the destination country. The buyer is accountable for any and all fees, taxes, duties collected by the destination country.
Note: Mott & Bow will not be held responsible for delays caused by weather conditions and/or customs clearance.
Mott & Bow Inc. will issue a refund only after receiving the return. Shipping (round trip) and any other fee (e.g. duties & taxes) will be deducted from the refund's total. Items must return in pristine conditions (unworn, undamaged, and unwashed). Returns need to be sent out within 45 days of ordering to the following address:

You’ll receive an email notification once we have received your order back in our warehouse, if no discrepancy is found, your refund will be processed within the next 3 business days. We will issue a refund for the price of goods purchased (changes in currency during the return period will not be reimbursed). We cannot issue a refund or store credit for shipping costs nor for duties & taxes. For full refund requests, a $5 restocking fee will be deducted to the refund amount (restocking fee is waived from returns made for store credit).
Mott & Bow, Inc. will not be able to process a refund if an order arrives at the destination country and it is undeliverable for the following reasons:
- The buyer rejects the package.
- The buyer refuses to pay customs fees assessed by the destination country.
- The buyer is not present upon delivery.
- No attempt is made by the destination country to deliver the package.
- Incorrect shipping address inputted at the moment of placing the order.
- Minimum purchase amount on offers does not include taxes or shipping costs.
- If a package is undeliverable because of any incomplete or erroneous destination information, the cost associated for resending the package will be billed to the customer.
- We can’t modify, change, or intercept a package to alter a delivery once an order has been placed. Nevertheless, if you see a mistake in the order email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to see if we can fix it.
Mother's Day Promo
1. Promotion applies to all orders over $175 made in any category and placed from April 27 to May 15, 2023.
- a. Customers who place orders worth $175 or more will receive a $15 gift card.
- b. Customers who place orders worth $200 or more will receive a $25 gift card.
- c. Customers who place orders worth $300 or more will receive a $50 gift card.
2. Gift cards will be redeemable from June 15th to July 31st, 2023. After that date, their credit will expire.
3. Users will receive the gift card automatically via email, from June 15th onwards.
4. The gift card is valid only for its defined value and will be canceled in the event of any changes to the order, such as refunds or cancellations.
5. The gift card can be used solely for products. Its credit will not apply to taxes, shipping charges, or other expenses.
