Pre-Order and Estimated Shipping Date
By placing a pre-order with Mott & Bow, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Mott & Bow may list items for pre-order under various scenarios, including, but not limited to, situations where an item is out of stock, a new item is awaiting stock arrival, or for future inventory replenishments of items currently in stock. When you place a pre-order, your payment method is charged at checkout. Submitting a pre-order confirms your authorization for this charge.
An estimated shipping window for your pre-ordered item will be shown on the product page and included in your order confirmation email. This date is only an estimate and is not a guaranteed date of delivery or receipt. Estimated timelines may change due to production updates, supplier availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If you request modifications to your pre-order, please note that changes may result in a later estimated shipping window and may include additional shipping fees at your expense.
Cancellation and Refund
Mott & Bow reserves the right to cancel delayed pre-orders at any time (a “Discretionary Cancellation”). If a pre-order is canceled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Mott & Bow will issue a full refund for any pre-order that is canceled by us or by you within the permitted cancellation window. Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please note that once the 7-day modification and cancellation period has passed, pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless the order is subject to a Discretionary Cancellation by Mott & Bow.
If you choose to cancel your pre-order due to a delay, or if we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of the cancellation.
Shipping Delays
Mott & Bow reserves the right to cancel delayed pre-orders at any time.
We make every effort to ship pre-order items as close to their estimated shipping window as possible. Depending on inventory availability, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
If an item has not shipped within 14 days after its original estimated shipping date, you may request a cancellation of the affected item(s) for a refund to your original payment method by contacting our customer support team.
We will provide updates regarding your pre-order status as soon as they become available. If we are ultimately unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be automatically issued.
Customer Responsibilities
When placing a pre-order, you must provide information such as your shipping address, billing details, and a valid email address. You represent and warrant that all information submitted is accurate and agree to keep this information current. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email provided at checkout is valid and checked regularly for updates regarding your pre-order, including potential delays. Please note that communications may be routed to spam or promotional folders, and Mott & Bow is not responsible for missed notifications.
Mott & Bow has no responsibility or liability for inaccurate or outdated information and is under no obligation to determine correct contact or shipping details. You may update your information at any time before your item ships by emailing our support team at help@mottandbow.com
Changes to Pre-Order Terms
Mott & Bow reserves the right to update or modify these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on mottandbow.com, and continued use of the site or participation in a pre-order after those changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Limitation of Liability
Mott & Bow is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from delays in shipment. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
