By visiting our Website, and/or purchasing our Products, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set forth in our Terms of Use.

Contact Information

When you contact us via the Website, email or by mail, when you call us, you will be asked to provide certain information, which may include, your name, and e-mail address (collectively, “Contact Information”). The Contact Information is used to provide the requested service or information, including to administer the raffle and to contact you for purposes of direct marketing of our current and future services.

Account Information

In order to purchase Products through our Website, you may have to create an account by providing Account Credentials. You may choose to sign-in to your account using your Social Media Account. By signing-in using your Social Media Account, you are authorizing M&B to collect, store, and use, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, any and all information that you have authorized the social media company to provide to M&B. Such information may include your first and last name, profile image, e-mail address, birthdate and gender. All information that we collect and/or receive under this section together with the Account Credentials is collectively referred to herein as “Account Information.”

Billing Information

In order to purchase our Products, you will be required to provide certain additional information which may include a credit card number, expiration date, billing zip code, activation code, bank information, and similar information (“Billing Information”). Such Billing Information will be collected and processed by our Third Party Payment Processor pursuant to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies and terms of use. We do not directly obtain, store or process any Billing Information.

Order Information

When you purchase Products through our Website, we will also ask you to provide certain information, including but not limited to, the Products you would like to purchase, your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address (collectively as “Order Information”).

Please note that we do not currently sell your personal information as sales are defined in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.

About Children

We do not knowingly collect or receive personal information from children under the age of 18 through the Website. If you are under the age of 18, please do not provide any personal information through the Website. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Privacy Policy by instructing their children to never provide any personal information on the Website, or any other website without their permission.
