Resin ApplicationSome formulas begin with resin—either sprayed or fully immersed—setting the tone for how the fabric feels and moves. This is where the signature texture starts.
STEP 2
Oven CurationEvery resin-treated pair is cured in specialized ovens, locking in durability, comfort, and rich, long-lasting color.
STEP 3
Hand ScrapingNo shortcuts. Every scrape, fade, and worn-in mark is done by hand to replicate the character of a well-loved pair. No two are exactly alike.
STEP 4
Pinning and TyingEvery resin-treated pair is cured in specialized ovens, locking in durability, comfort, and rich, long-lasting color.
STEP 5
Washing & DryingThe machines matter—but so do the ingredients. From pumice stones to silicone balls, our proprietary formulas create the soft-yet-structured feel that defines Mott & Bow jeans.
STEP 6
Finishing TouchesThis is where raw becomes refined. Stitching, trimming, smoothing—each done by hand to ensure nothing leaves the line unless it's perfect.
